Lacey's Golf Carts, LLC sells new golf carts and low-speed vehicles, and provides service, repairs, parts, accessories, custom builds, audio installation, delivery and financing referrals from our Tomball, Katy and Magnolia, Texas locations. Appointment and quote requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until acknowledged by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary.

Prices, specifications, model availability and promotions are subject to change without notice and do not include tax, title, registration, freight, setup or optional accessories unless stated. Inventory shown online may be sold or in transit. We work to keep listings accurate but are not responsible for typographical errors.

New carts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is provided by the manufacturer and subject to its own terms, exclusions and claim process. Service and repair work is warranted as described on your repair order. Except as expressly stated, products and services are provided without additional warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for operating your cart safely and in compliance with Texas law and any local, community or HOA rules, including licensing, insurance, registration and street-legal requirements that apply to low-speed vehicles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lacey's Golf Carts, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our communications, or products and services purchased from us.
